Day 1 – Drive to Bomdila (350 kms)

  • 11:00 AM – Meet and greet your fellow travellers and trip captain at Guwahati Airport
  • Journey towards Bomdila begins
  • Late evening, reach Bomdila, check in and freshen up
  • Dinner & O/N stay at Bomdila

Day 2 – Bomdila Monastery – Sela Pass (4170 m) – Tawang (117 kms)

  • After breakfast, checkout from the hotel
  • Visit the Bomdila Monastery
  • Depart for Tawang, crossing the breathtaking Sela Pass & Sela Lake
  • Visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial on the way
  • Check in to the hotel
  • Dinner & O/N stay at Tawang

Day 3 – Tawang Monastery – Buddha Statue – War Memorial

  • After breakfast, explore the town of Tawang
  • Visit Tawang Monastery — the largest monastery in India
  • Visit Buddha Statue, then Tawang War Memorial
  • Evening at leisure, O/N in Tawang

Day 4 – Ride via Bum La Pass – Sangester Lake – Indo-China Border

  • After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Bum La Pass
  • Visit Sangester Lake (also known as Madhuri Lake) en route
  • Reach Bum La Pass, the border of India & China
  • Visit Penga Teng Tso Lake
  • Drive back to the hotel and relax. O/N in Tawang

Day 5 – Visit Jung Falls – Chakzam Bridge – Dirang

  • Post breakfast, depart for Dirang
  • Pit stop to view the mystic Jung Falls
  • Stop at the historic Chakzam Bridge — an iron-chain suspension bridge built in the 15th century
  • Reach Dirang, check into hotel
  • Visit Dirang Monastery. O/N at Dirang

Day 6 – Dirang to Sangti Valley

  • After breakfast, head to the serene Sangti Valley and check in
  • Slow-paced day to unwind — relax by the river, take short nature walks, enjoy mountain views
  • Evening gathering for board games and conversations. O/N in Sangti Valley

Day 7 – Drive to Guwahati

  • After early breakfast, depart for Guwahati
  • Check into hotel and spend time recollecting memories, exchanging pictures and stories. O/N Guwahati

Day 8 – Departure. Until Next Time :')

  • Have breakfast and leave for Airport
  • Goodbye hugs and promises of more trips together with Trekkers Tribe ;)

  • Ex-Guwahati: ₹25,500 + 5% GST
  • Double Sharing: ₹2,500 + 5% GST extra (PP)
  • Christmas & New Year Batch: ₹2,500 extra per person
  • Advance Payment: ₹8,000/- (Registration Fees)

Cancellation Policy 

Non-Refundable Amount:

  • The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any
    circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before 7 days of the trip:If canceled before making the full payment, only the non- refundable amount will be retained.Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
  • If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance
    amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be
    refunded.

Within 5 days of the trip:

  • No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip
    start date.
  • No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
  • If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours
    of departure, no refund will be possible.

Transfer of Booking:

  • The participant may transfer their booking to another person
    at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before
    the trip.

Trip Cancellation by Us:

  • If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions,
    government restrictions, or operational reasons, the
    participant will be offered:
  • A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already
    incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within
    a specific period.

NOTES

  • Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
  • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to the circumstances and convenience.
  • Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
  • Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural calamities or man- made incidents.
  • Guests would be responsible for safety of their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip.
  • Arunachal Pradesh is a developing state, the food taste might & variety might not be as you expect in a City. You can expect basic meals & decent taste.
  • If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event beyond our control or lockdown a nominal cancellation fees of 8% will be charged and guest will get the credit note of the remaining amount paid by them which can be used anytime in the near future.
