Detailed itinerary

Day 1: DRIVE TO BOMDILA (350 KMS)

• 11:00 AM- Meet and greet your fellow travellers and trip captain at Guwahati Airport.
• Then, we start our journey towards Bomdila.
• Late evening, reach Bomdila, Check in and freshen up.
• Dinner & O/N stay at Bomdila.

Day 2: BOMDILA MONASTERY- SELA PASS (4170 M)- TAWANG (117 KMS)

• After breakfast, checkout from the hotel. 
• Visit the Bomdila Monastery.
• Depart for Tawang.
• This ride will surely bring you adrenaline rush as you cross the treacherous and also the most breathtaking pass of this
  journey- The Sela Pass & Sela Lake.
• On the way we visit Jaswantgarh War Memorial.
• Check in to the hotel.
• Dinner & O/N stay at Tawang.

Day 3: TAWANG MONASTERY - BUDDHA STATUE- WAR MEMORIAL

• After breakfast, we leave for exploring the town of Tawang.
• We take a visit to the Tawang Monastery- The Largest Monastery in India.
• Visit Buddha Statue & then Tawang War Memorial- a tribute to soldiers who sacrificed lives during the Chinese Aggression of 1962.
• Evening at lesiure, O/N in Tawang.

Day 4: RIDE VIA BUM LA PASS - SANGESTER LAKE - INDO CHINA BORDER

• After breakfast, depart for an excursion to Bum La Pass. 
• On our way, we visit the Sangester Lake- also known as Madhuri Lake. 
• Reach Bum La Pass, Border of India & China.
• Visit the Penga Teng Tso Lake.
• Drive back to the hotel and relax. O/N in Tawang.

Day 5: VISIT JUNG FALLS- CHAKZAM BRIDGE - DIRANG

• Post breakfast, depart for Dirang.
• We take a pit stop on our way, to catch a view of the mystic Jung Falls.
• En route, stop at the historic Chakzam Bridge, looks like a combination of bamboo, cane,straw and rattan, but is an iron- chain suspension bridge built in the 15th century.
• Reach Dirang, check into hotel.
• We visit the Dirang Monastery. O/N at Dirang.

Day 6: DIRANG TO SANGTI VALLEY

• After breakfast, head to the serene Sangti Valley and check in to our stay.
• This is a slow-paced day designed to unwind and soak in the beauty of the valley. Spend he afternoon relaxing by the river, taking short nature walks, enjoying the mountain views, or
  simply doing nothing at all.
• As the trip winds down, gather with the group for board games, conversations, and a laid-back evening. Overnight stay in Sangti Valley.

Day 7: DRIVE TO GUWAHATI

• After an early breakfast, we depart for Guwahati.
• Check into our hotel and spend time with your friends recollecting memories of the trip, exchanging pictures and stories!
• O/N Guwahati.

Day 8: DEPARTURE. UNTIL NEXT TIME :')

• Have breakfast and leave for Airport.
• Time for goodbye hugs and promises of going on
  more trips together with Trekkers Tribe ; )

Exclusions

• Airfare to and fro Guwahati.
• Lunch on all days.
• Camera, movie camera, and vehicle charges where
  company's vehicle not available are not included in the
  tour cost.
• Any personal expenses. Extra food and drinks ordered,
  tips, laundry, shopping, etc.
• Anything not mentioned above in the Inclusions.

DOUBLE SHARING- ₹2,500 + 5% GST extra (PP)

Cancellation Policy 

Non-Refundable Amount:

• The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any
  circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 7 days of the trip:If canceled before making the full payment, only the non- refundable amount will be retained.Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
• If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance
  amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be
  refunded.

Within 5 days of the trip:

• No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip
  start date.
• No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
• If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours
  of departure, no refund will be possible.

Transfer of Booking:

• The participant may transfer their booking to another person
  at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before
  the trip.

Trip Cancellation by Us:

• If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions,
  government restrictions, or operational reasons, the
  participant will be offered:
• A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already
  incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within
  a specific period.

NOTES

• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to the circumstances and convenience.
• Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural calamities or man- made incidents.
• Guests would be responsible for safety of their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip.
• Arunachal Pradesh is a developing state, the food taste might & variety might not be as you expect in a City. You can expect basic meals & decent taste.
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event beyond our control or lockdown a nominal cancellation fees of 8% will be charged and guest will get the credit note of the remaining amount paid by them which can be used anytime in the near future.
