Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 – Mumbai to Chandigarh
- 11:00 AM – Meet and greet your fellow travel buddies and proceed towards Amritsar by Paschim Express / Chandigarh Superfast Exp.
- Spend the day on the train playing ice-breaking and interactive games
Day 2 – Arrival Chandigarh | Drive to Kasol
- 3:00/4:00 PM – Reach Chandigarh and drive to Kasol
- Halt en route for dinner and reach Kasol late at night. Check in and goodnight's sleep. O/N Kasol
- Meals: Dinner
Day 3 – Reach, Explore Kasol & Parvati Valley
- Wake up to mountain views — a day to live it up in Kasol!
- Chill by the Parvati Valley, take a short trek to Chalal Village, and enjoy Himachali momos, Maggi, brownies, and more
- Visit Manikaran Gurudwara and experience bathing in the hot springs
- Regroup for dinner. Overnight in Kasol

Day 4 – Kasol to Manali via Kullu
- After breakfast, check out and leave for Manali
- Halt in Kullu for white water rafting
- Continue to Manali, arriving in the evening
- Visit Hadimba Devi Temple; evening free to explore Mall Road & cafes in Old Manali
- Overnight Manali
- Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 5 – Manali Sightseeing
- After breakfast, depart for Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel (weather permitting)
- Spend the first half of the day on adventure activities, then return to Manali
- Back to hotel by evening for dinner

Day 6 – Manali – Bir
- After breakfast, check out and leave for Bir
- Reach Bir in the evening — free time to explore cafes with live music
- Gather the group for a bonfire evening
- Meals: Breakfast, Dinner
Day 7 – Explore Bir Billing
- Early morning — optional paragliding at Asia's highest paragliding site (own cost — see notes)
- Free time to explore Bir town on cycles, visit Tibetan monasteries, hike to nearby spots, and cafe-hop for dinner
- Meals: Breakfast
Day 8 – Explore Amritsar
- Early morning departure for Amritsar
- Lunch featuring local delicacies, then visit Wagah Border for the Parade & Flag Ceremony
- Return to Amritsar by evening — free time to explore Mall Road for shopping
- Explore local dhabas for kulcha-lassi, then visit the Golden Temple for its mesmerizing views and peaceful atmosphere
- Overnight Amritsar
- Meals: Packed Breakfast, Dinner
Day 9 – Journey Back to Mumbai
- After breakfast, leave for Amritsar Railway Station
- 7:30 AM / 6:30 PM – Board the Paschim Express / Golden Temple Express back to Mumbai
- Spend the day on the train playing games, sharing photos, and reminiscing
- Meals: Breakfast
Day 10 – Bid Farewell!
- 3:00 PM / 11:00 PM – Reach Mumbai, wrapping up the trip with unforgettable memories and promises of more trips together

Notes
- Paragliding with GoPro video in Bir Billing costs around ₹3,000; river rafting charges are around ₹1,200–1,300 per person
- Early check-in is subject to availability
- Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas
- The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to circumstances and convenience
- Any cost arising from events beyond control (strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake) will be borne directly by guests
- Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible if sightseeing/activities are cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents
- Avoid carrying suitcases or heavy luggage — a backpack is more convenient. Limit baggage to 1 main luggage bag and 1 small daypack
- Participants should be prepared for delayed lunch halts depending on road, weather, and travel conditions
- If the trip is cancelled due to events beyond control or lockdown, a nominal cancellation fee of 8% will be charged, with the remaining amount issued as a credit note usable in the near future
- Train ticket bookings start 2 months before departure dates, so tickets may be RAC/Waiting for late bookings. Ticket status should be checked at the time of booking; extra payment may be needed to secure a confirmed seat (Tatkal)
