Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Mumbai to Chandigarh
- 11:00 AM Meet and greet your fellow travel buddies and
proceed your journey towards Amritsar by Paschim Express /
Chandigarh Superfast Exp. - Spend your day in the train while playing some ice- breaking
and interactive games
Day 2: Arrival- Chandigarh | Drive to Kasol
- 03:00/ 04:00 PM Reach Chandigarh and drive to Kasol.
- Enroute Kasol, take a halt for dinner and reach Kasol late in
the night. Checkin and have a goodnight’s sleep. O/N Kasol.
Meals: Dinner
Day 3: Reach, Explore Kasol & Parvati Valley
- Wake up to the view of mountains.
- Today is your day- Live all your adulthood dreams because YOU ARE IN KASOL!
- You can chill by the Parvati valley, do a short trek to Chalal Village, eat Himachali Momos, Maggie, brownies and what not!
- We also visit Manikaran Gurudwara and experience bathing in the hot springs here.
- After spending our whole day on our own pace, we regroup again for dinner.
- Overnight in Kasol.

Day 4: Kasol to Manali via Kullu
- After breakfast, we check out and leave for Manali.
- Before rolling in Manali, we will take a halt in Kullu for the white water rafting!
- Later leave for Manali, reach in the evening.
- Visit Hadimba Devi Temple and in the evening you are free to explore the Mall Road & famous cafes in Old Manali.
- Overnight Manali.

Day 5: Manali Sightseeing
- After breakfast, depart for Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel depending upon the weather conditions.
- Spend first half of the day at adventure and back to Manali.
- Back to hotel by the evening and have dinner.

Day 6: Manali- Bir
- After breakfast, we check out and leave for Bir.
- Reach Bir in the evening and you are free to explore explore famous cafes with live music in Bir & head back to hotel for the night
- Gather the gang and have a good time while you chill around the bonfire.

Day 7: Explore Bir Billing
- Early morning- Subject to the weather window, you also get a
chance to do Paragliding at Asia's highest Paragliding site. (Own cost- Please read the notes section) - You are free to explore the Bir town on cycles. Explore the Tibetan Monaestries, hike to nearby beautiful places and one of the most fun things to do in bir- Cafe Hopping for Dinner

Day 8: Explore Amrisar
- Early morning, we Leave for Amritsar.
- After exploring around some local delicacies for lunch, we now leave for Wagah Border to witness the goosebumps giving Parade & Flag Ceremony.
- We come back to Amritsar by evening and now you are free to explore Amritsar Mall Road for shopping.
- Explore Local Dhabas for the tasty Kulcha- Lassi and later visit the Golden Temple for the mesmerizing view and the peaceful vibes that it has to offer.
- Overnight Amritsar.
Meals: Packed Breakfast, Dinner
Day 9: Journey back to Mumbai
- Rise and shine, after breakfast leave for Amritsar Railway Station.
- 07:30 AM / 06:30 PM - Board the Paschim Express / Golden Temple Express Train back to Mumbai.
- Spend your whole day in the train playing games, sharing photos & being in Trip Nostalgia :')

Day 10- Bid Farewell!
- 03:00 PM / 11:00 PM - Reach Mumbai and ending this trip on a happy note with unforgettable memories, promising of
staying in touch and planning more trips together!

- Anything not mentioned above in the Inclusions.

Notes
- Paragliding with GoPro video in Bir Billing costs around ₹3,000; river rafting charges are around ₹1,200–1,300 per person
- Early check-in is subject to availability
- Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas
- The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to circumstances and convenience
- Any cost arising from events beyond control (strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake) will be borne directly by guests
- Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible if sightseeing/activities are cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents
- Avoid carrying suitcases or heavy luggage — a backpack is more convenient. Limit baggage to 1 main luggage bag and 1 small daypack
- Participants should be prepared for delayed lunch halts depending on road, weather, and travel conditions
- If the trip is cancelled due to events beyond control or lockdown, a nominal cancellation fee of 8% will be charged, with the remaining amount issued as a credit note usable in the near future
- Train ticket bookings start 2 months before departure dates, so tickets may be RAC/Waiting for late bookings. Ticket status should be checked at the time of booking; extra payment may be needed to secure a confirmed seat (Tatkal)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Non-Refundable Amount:
- The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any
circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
- Before 7 days of the trip:
- If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-
refundable amount will be retained. - Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
- If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the
balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will
be refunded. - Within 5 days of the trip:
No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip
start date.
No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
- If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48
hours of departure, no refund will be possible.
Transfer of Booking:
- The participant may transfer their booking to another
person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5
days before the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Us:
- If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather
conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons,
the participant will be offered:
A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already
incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used
within a specific period.
