DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Mumbai to Amritsar Train

• Meet and greet your fellow travel buddies and proceed your
  journey towards Amritsar by
• Paschim Express (12925) - 11:25 AM- Mumbai Central; 11:55 AM-
  Borivali.

                                                            OR

• Golden Temple (12903) - 06:45 PM- Mumbai Central; 07:15 PM-
  Borivali
• Spend your day in the train while playing some ice- breaking
  and interactive games

Day 2: Arrival- Amritsar

• 09:00 PM / 11:00 PM - Reach Amritsar Railway Station and
  drive to hotel.
• Check-in and freshen up. Have some delicious dinner and
  take proper rest for tonight for the exciting roadtrip that is
  waiting ahead for us!

Day 3: Wagah Border- Golden Temple, O/N Drive to Bir-Billing

• We check-out from hotel after breakfast and visit Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baugh.
• After exploring around some local delicacies for lunch, we now leave for Wagah Border to witness the goosebumps giving Parade & Flag Ceremony.
• We come back to Amritsar by evening and now you are free to explore Amritsar Mall Road for shopping.
• Explore Local Dhabas for the tasty Kulcha- Lassi and later visit the Golden Temple for the mesmerizing view and the peaceful vibes that it has to offer.
• Later, we drive towards Bir Billing, overnight journey in Tempo
  Traveller.

Day 4: Explore Bir Billing

• After having breakfast with a view on the way, we reach Bir - Our first and the prettiest place in Himachal.
• Reach Bir by afternoon, check-in, Freshen up & time for leisure and games.
• We walk to the landing site for our First Sunset of Himachal!
• In the evening we explore multiple tasty cafes for dinner & shop around the Bir market for some Hippie clothes & Souveneirs.

Day 5: Bir- Manali

• Early morning, set out for Paragliding from the second
  highest paragliding site!
• After breakfast, we check out and leave for Manali.
• Visit Hadimba Devi Temple and in the evening you are free to explore the Mall Road & famous cafes in Old Manali.
• Back to hotel by the evening and have a goodnight’s sleep.

Day 6: Manali Sightseeing

• After breakfast, depart for Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel depending upon the weather conditions.
• Spend first half of the day at adventure and back to Manali.
• If time permits, we also visit the Vashishtha temple and hot spring on our way back to Manali.
• For Dinner, you can explore Manali Mall Road for Street food and
  Cafes.

Day 7: Manali to Kasol via Kullu

• After breakfast, we leave for the magical Kasol in Parvati Valley.
• On our way, we take a halt at kullu for those willing to do River Rafting and shawl shopping. (At own cost)
• We reach Kasol in evening, check- in and freshen up.
• Delicious dinner and bonfire awaits us! 
• Overnight in Kasol hotel/ camps.

Day 8: Explore Kasol & Parvati Valley

• We checkout, keep our bags in the cloak room and leave to explore Kasol. 
• Today is your day- Live all your adulthood dreams because YOU ARE IN KASOL! 
• You can chill by the Parvati valley, do a short trek to Chalal Village, eat Himachali Momos, Maggie, brownies and what not!
• We also visit Manikaran Gurudwara and experience bathing in the hot springs here.
• After spending our whole day on our own pace, we regroup again for our last dinner together in our Camps.
• After dinner, we gather around for some fun games, one last time! Overnight at Kasol Camps.

Day 9: Kasol to Chandigarh | Journey back to Mumbai

• After breakfast, checkout and move towards Chandigarh/
  Ambala Railway Station
• Have dinner and board your train back to Mumbai at 10:55
  PM from Ambala Cantt Railway Station or from Delhi.:')

Day 10- Bid Farewell!

10:45-11:30 PM- Reach Borivali / Mumbai Central

OR

11:00 PM-12:30 AM - Vasai / Panvel

• Extra food and drinks ordered, tips, laundry, shopping, etc.
• Anything not mentioned above in the Inclusions.

NOTES

• Participants must carry their own maks and sanitizers.
• Paragliding with GoPro Video in Bir Billing will cost you
  around Rs 3000. Carry your cash accordingly.
• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager
  according to the circumstances and convenience.
• Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like
  strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical
  breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides,
  snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any
  sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural
  calamities or man- made incidents.
• Guests would be responsible for safety of their luggage/
  baggage throughout the trip.
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event beyond our
  control or lockdown a nominal cancellation fees of 8% will
  be charged and guest will get the credit note of the
  remaining amount paid by them which can be used anytime in the near future.
• Train ticket bookings usually start 4 months before the
  departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be
  RAC/ Waiting. Ig you book the tour late, please check the
  ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have
  to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal).

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The Initial Registration amount is 50% refundable only if
  cancelled 30 days before the trip.
• Out of the second and final installment paid, cancellation
  fees will be:
• 25% if cancelled before 20 days of the trip.
• 50% if cancelled before 15 days of the trip.
• 70% if cancelled before 05 days of the trip.
• 90% if cancelled before 02 days of the trip.
• 100% if cancelled before 01 days of the trip.
