DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Mumbai to Amritsar Train

• Meet and greet your fellow travel buddies and proceed your journey towards Amritsar by
• Paschim Express (12925) - 11:25 AM- Mumbai Central; 11:55 AM- Borivali OR
• Golden Temple (12903) - 06:45 PM- Mumbai Central; 07:15 PM- Borivali
• Spend your day in the train while playing some ice- breaking and interactive games.

Day 2: Arrival - Amritsar

• 09:00 PM / 11:00 PM - Reach Amritsar Railway Station and drive to hotel.
• Check-in and freshen up. Have some delicious dinner and take proper rest for tonight for the exciting roadtrip that is waiting ahead for us!

Day 3: Wagah Border- Golden Temple, O/N Drive to Bir-Billing

• We check-out from hotel after breakfast and visit Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baugh.
• After exploring around some local delicacies for lunch, we now leave for Wagah Border to witness the goosebumps giving Parade & Flag Ceremony.
• We come back to Amritsar by evening and now you are free to explore Amritsar Mall Road for shopping.
• Explore Local Dhabas for the tasty Kulcha- Lassi and later visit the Golden Temple for the mesmerizing view and the peaceful vibes that it has to offer.
• Later, we drive towards Bir Billing, overnight journey in Tempo Traveller.

Day 4: Explore Bir Billing

• After having breakfast with a view on the way, we reach Bir - Our first and the prettiest place in Himachal.
• Reach Bir by afternoon, check-in, Freshen up & time for leisure and games.
• We walk to the landing site for our First Sunset of Himachal!
• In the evening we explore multiple tasty cafes for dinner & shop around the Bir market for some Hippie clothes & Souveneirs.

Day 5: Bir - Manali

• Early morning, set out for Paragliding from the second highest paragliding site in the world!
• After breakfast, we check out and leave for Manali.
• Visit Hadimba Devi Temple & back to hotel by the evening and have a goodnight’s sleep.

Day 6: Manali Sightseeing

• After breakfast, depart for Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel depending upon the weather conditions.
• Spend first half of the day at adventure activities and back to Manali.
• In the evening you are free to explore the Mall Road & famous cafes.

Meals: Packed Breakfast, Dinner

Day 7: Manali to Kasol via Kullu

• After breakfast, we leave for the magical Kasol in Parvati Valley.
• On our way, we take a halt at kullu for those willing to do River Rafting and shawl shopping. (At own cost)
• We reach Kasol, and are free to explore Parvati River, eat Himachali Momos, Maggie, brownies and what not!
• Delicious dinner and bonfire awaits us!
• Overnight in Kasol camps.

Day 8: Day trip to Tosh via Manikaran

• Depart from Kasol after breakfast and drive to Manikaran to visit the Gurudwara, ancient temples, and the famous natural hot springs.
• Continue to Tosh via Barshaini, enjoying the scenic drive through the Parvati Valley.
• Explore Tosh village, wander through its charming lanes, relax at a cozy café, and take in the stunning Himalayan views.
• Enjoy lunch amidst the mountains and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
• Drive back to Kasol in the evening, carrying memories of a beautiful day in Parvati Valley. O/N Kasol.

Day 9: Journey back to Mumbai

• Rise and shine, after breakfast leave for Ambala Railway Station.
• 10:55 PM board the train Golden Temple Express back to Mumbai.
• Spend your whole day in the train playing games, sharing photos & being in Trip Nostalgia :')

Day 10- Bid Farewell!

• 11:00 PM - Reach Mumbai and ending this trip on a happy note with unforgettable memories, promising of staying in touch and planning more trips together!

NOTES:

• Participants must carry their own maks and sanitizers.
• Paragliding with GoPro Video in Bir Billing will cost you
  around Rs 3000. Carry your cash accordingly.
• Early check-in is subject to availability.
• Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager
  according to the circumstances and convenience.
• Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like
  strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical
  breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides,
  snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any
  sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural
  calamities or man- made incidents.
• Please avoid carrying suitcases or heavy luggage, as a backpack is more convenient and comfortable during the journey. To ensure smooth transportation, each participant is requested to limit their baggage to 1 main lugguage bad and 1 small daypack.
• Participants should be prepared for delayed lunch halts depending on road, weather and travel conditions.
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event beyond our
  control or lockdown a nominal cancellation fees of 8% will
  be charged and guest will get the credit note of the
  remaining amount paid by them which can be used anytime in the near future.
• Train ticket bookings usually start 4 months before the
  departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be
  RAC/ Waiting. Ig you book the tour late, please check the
  ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have
  to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Refundable Amount:

• The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 7 days of the trip: If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-refundable amount will be retained.
• Between 7 to 5 days before the trip: If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
• Within 5 days of the trip: No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.

No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:

• If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be possible.

Transfer of Booking:

• The participant may transfer their booking to another person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.

Trip Cancellation by Us:

• If the trip is cancelled by our team due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered: a full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.
