DETAILED ITINERARY
Day 1: Mumbai to Ambala (Train Journey)
- 11:00 AM / 06:00 PM- Meet and greet your fellow travellers at Bandra Terminus Railway Station and proceed your journey towards Amritsar via Paschim Express/ Chandigarh Super Fast Exp/ Golden Temple Express.
Day 2: Arrival Amritsar - Explore Amritsar
- Spend your whole day in train playing games & breaking the ice with your fellow backpackers.
Reach Amritsar by 9pm/11pm - checkin and freshen up.
Have dinner at the stay and have a goodnight’s sleep!

Day 3: Explore Amritsar- Golden Temple, Wagah Border
- After Breakfast, leave for Golden Temple sighting, Jallianwala Baug.
- After exploring around some local delicacies for lunch, we now leave for Wagah Border to witness the goosebumps giving Parade & Flag Ceremony.
- We come back to Amritsar by evening and now you are free to explore Amritsar Mall Road for shopping.
- Explore Local Dhabas for the tasty Kulcha- Lassi and later visit the Golden Temple for the mesmerizing view and the peaceful vibes that it has to offer.
- Later in the night we leave for an overnight journey to Bir.

Day 4: Arrive at Bir Billing
- Early morning reach Bir. Check into our stay, take rest and freshen up. (early checkin subject to availability)
- There are activities in Bir that one can enjoy at very cheap cost like cycling around town and can take small hikes to nearby places exploring this beautiful hamlet.
- In the evening, we will have a slot for paragliding.
- You are free to watch sunset at the landing site, stroll around the Bir market for some Hippie clothes & Souvenirs. Explore local cafes for Dinner with Live Music. Overnight Bir.

Day 5: Bir to Barot valley
- Early morning, we will have a slot for paragliding.
- After breakfast and checking out leave for the journey towards Barot.
- Reach Barot, check in the homestay.
- You can spend the rest of the day relaxing near the Uhl River or a walk around the village is also quite de-stressing.
- Back to stay, have dinner and wrap up the day with a goodnight’s sleep!

Day 6: Excursion to Rajgunda Valley
- Kick off your sixth day with an early morning trek to Rajgundha Village.
- The trek offers stunning views of the Dhauladhar range and takes you through dense forests and beautiful meadows.
- After reaching Rajgundha Village, spend some time exploring this quaint village known for its traditional wooden houses and friendly locals.
- Have lunch at Rajgundha Homestay, where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine.
- Return to Barot in the evening and wrap up your day with dinner.

Day 7: Barot to Jibhi
- After breakfast and checking out, we leave for Jibhi.
- It is a journey of around 7 hours
- Reach Jibhi in the late afternoon- evening
- You are free to explore the Jibhi market for some amazing cafes and vibe. O/N Jibhi.

Day 8: Explore Jibhi- Jalori Pass Day excursion
- Wake up to a beautiful & peaceful view.
- Post breakfast, we start towards Jalori Pass crossing beautiful Shoja Village.
- We reach Jalori Pass and start our trek towards 180° and 360° View Point to experience the most beautiful and mesmerizing views of all time in the Great Himalayan National Park.
- Head back to our stay by afternoon and you are free to explore Jibhi waterfall and market.
- Hop on to some amazing cafes of Jibhi with surreal views and good food. O/N Jibhi.

Day 9: Journey towards Ambala
- Leave from Jibhi in the morning after breakfast, its a ride of around 7-8 hours, as we say goodbye to the mountains.
- Reach Ambala late in the evening- have dinner and board your train back to Mumbai at 10:55 PM from Ambala Cantt Railway Station or 2am from Chandigarh

Day 10: Until Next Time :')
- 10:45-11:30 PM- Reach Borivali / Mumbai Central OR 11pm-12:30am - Vasai / Panvel.

NOTES
- Early check-in is subject to availability.
- Company's vehicle will only be accessible till parking areas.
- The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to the circumstances and convenience.
- Any cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamity like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake will be directly borne by the guests.
- Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to any natural calamities or man- made incidents.
- Do NOT carry Suitcases or heavy luggage, a good Backpack is recommended and would be comfortable to carry.
- Guests would be responsible for safety of their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip.
- It's a bagpacking trip and not a luxury trip, and this is how we will be able to fully taste the culture and enjoy to the fullest.
- We haven’t included Lunch since most of the time we will be out exploring the places at Lunch time, but you will have plenty of options to explore local cuisines in Local eateries, dhabbas, cafes, etc. One can expect a budget of around Rs 100-150/- per meal.
- There will be no room service, luxury hotels, room heaters, etc services. This backpacking trip is planned to experience the local & feel the Himalayas to the fullest.
- Paragliding will cost you Rs. 3000/- person with GoPro Video. It's a request to inform us and book your slot in advance and bring extra cash accordingly.
- River Rafting Charges will be around Rs. 1200 - 1300/- per person.
- Train ticket bookings usually starts from 2 Months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be in RAC/Waiting if you book the tour late. Please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seats according to the availability, if the tickets aren’t available.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non-Refundable Amount:
The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Before 7 days of the trip:
If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-refundable amount will
be retained.
Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the trip:
No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.
No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be possible. Transfer of Booking:
The participant may transfer their booking to another person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Us:
If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered:
A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.
