Day 1: Departure- Mumbai

• 11:00 AM- Meet and greet your fellow travellers at
  Lokmanya Tilak Terminus/ Thane/ Panvel Railway Station
  and proceed your journey towards Kochi via 16345
  Netravati Express

Day 2: Arrival Kochi | Travel to Vagamon

• Spend your day in train knowing your new friends, break
  the ice while you play games and bond with the tribe!
• Get down at Ernakulam Station- 12:30 PM
• Then we proceed towards to Vagamon.
• Spend the evening playing games and bonding with the
  tribe! O/N Vagamon.

Day 3: Vagamon Local Sightseeing

• Rise and shine! After breakfast, get yourself all set for the
  Off- Road Jeep Safari covering the Ullupuni Top Station,
  Idduki Dam View Point, etc.
• Later, visit the Pine Forest and Thangalpara- a spherical
  rock formation which also has some spiritual importance
  and is a scenic attraction.
• Have the later part of evening to yourself, rest and chill at
  the hotel. O/N Vagamon.

Day 4: Vagamon to Varkala via Jatayu

• After breakfast, we set out for our journey towards Varkala
• Before rolling into Varkala, we visit Jatayu- Earth’s Centre
• On reaching Varkala, witness the beautiful sunset from
  Varkala cliff and end your day with Cafe hopping. O/N Varkala

Day 5: Surfing Day | Munroe Island

• Say yes to the new adventure for you today! It's Surfing Day.
• Wake up early and go for surfing to pump up your adrenaline :p
• Come back to hotel, have breakfast and have some rest.
• Go for Kayaking (optional), later we visit the Black Sand Beach.
• Step out to visit the Hidden Pearl of Kerala- Munroe Island for sunset boating.
• Explore, soak-in the beautiful views and watch the sunset.
• In the evening, go for a shopping spree! O/N Varkala

Day 6: Departure- Varkala

• After breakfast, we check-out from the hotel and head to the
  station with a bag full of memories, stories, pictures and new
  experiences.
• 10:00 AM board our train from Varkala Station: 16346 Netravati Express
• Spend your day with friends while you gossip, play games and celebrate the trip #OneLastTime!

Day 7: Arrival- Mumbai!

• Our train reaches Panvel at 02:52 PM; Thane at 03:47 PM;
  LTT at 05:05 PM.
• Ending this amazing trip on a happy note and happy
  memories with Trekkers Tribe. Until next time!

~CANCELLATION POLICY~

Non-Refundable Amount:
The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Before 7 days of the trip:
If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-refundable
amount will be retained.
Between 7 to 5 days before the trip:
If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount
(excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
Within 5 days of the trip:
No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.
No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:
If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure,
no refund will be possible.
Transfer of Booking:
The participant may transfer their booking to another person at no extra
cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.
Trip Cancellation by Us:
If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions, government
restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered:
A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR
credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.

~NOTES~

Standard check-in for hotels: 12 noon and check out by 10:00 AM.
Early check- in subject to availability.
There will be limitations to Jain Food options, although we will try our
best to provide the best food as per resources available.
At some sight seeing destinations, buses are allowed only till parking
area and participants have to walk till the monument or can hire the
local transport on their own.
For Lunch/ Dinner, we will try out local cafes/ eateries to experience
tasty local cuisines. Do not expect variety but do expect quality :p
Budget- 200-300 per meal.
Cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strikes, bandh, riots,
train cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural
calamities like heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquake will be
directly bourne by the participants.
Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets
cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
Guest would be responsible for their luggage/ baggage throughout the
trip.
Train ticket bookings usually start 2 months before the departure dates,
so there are chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. If you book the
tour late, please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking,
you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal)
If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event or lockdown, nominal
cancellation fees of 10% will be charged and participants will get the
credit note of remaining amount paid which can be used by them
anytime in near future.
