DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Mumbai to Jaipur (Train Journey)

• 05:00/07:00 PM: Meet and greet your fellow travellers and your Trip Captain(s) at Bandra Terminus/ Mumbai Central Railway Station. 
• Train also halts at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, & Vadodara. 
• Proceed your fun filled train journey towards Jaipur, well because what is a train journey without cards, mafia and other fun games?! 

Day 2: Jaipur Sightseeing

• 9:45 AM/12:00 PM- Arrival at Jaipur Railway Station & proceed towards the stay.
• Visit the Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and City Palace, one of the most popular and historic tourist spot. 
• Evening free to explore the market for souvenirs. O/N Jaipur.

Day 3: Amer Fort and departure for Pushkar

• After breakfast, we checkout & visit the beautiful attraction of Jaipur - Amer Fort- 
• The 3rd Largest Wall in the World. Then, we leave for Pushkar. Visit the Brahma Temple on reaching. One of very few existing temples dedicated to the Hindu creator-God Brahma. 
• Dinner at the stay and overnight Pushkar.

Day 4: Pushkar Lake and leave for Udaipur (NY Eve)

• After breakfast, we checkout and visit Pushkar Lake. Surrounded by 52 bathing ghats (a flight of steps leading to the water) and over 500 temples) 
• Later we leave for Udaipur. 
• Reach Udaipur, checkin and get ready for the Most awaited Night of this trip- New Year's Eve! 
• Dress up for the DJ Night. That's how we welcome 2025 with a bang! O/N Udaipur.

Day 5: Udaipur Sightseeing

• Wake up according to your comfort. 
• Today is a free day, you can explore Udaipur on your own. 
• We visit Lake Pichola in the evening and explore cafes for the evening at leisure. O/N Udaipur.

Day 6: Udaipur Sightseeing and overnight drive to Jaisalmer

• After breakfast, we step out to visit the City Palace of Udaipur, Fateh Sagar Lake.
•  You can now visit Udaipur Market- Hathi Pol/ Bapu Bazaar for some souveniers.
•  Have local tasty food or else chill by the Ghat/ lakes. Later leave for an overnight drive to Jaisalmer.

Day 7: Jaisalmer Sightseeing | Night stay at Sam Desert

• Good morning Jaisalmer! 
• After breakfast leave for Golden City Sightseeing, which includes Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haweli, Moti Mahal & Gadisar Lake.
• Reach Sam Desert, check-in to the cozy swiss camps. 
• In Evening enjoy Camel Safari during Sunset and Rajasthani Cultural show. O/n Sam.

Day 8: Jaisalmer - Departure

• After breakfast, leave for the Jaisalmer Sightseeing.
•  Wake up according to your comfort have breakfast and we check out from our hotel. 
• By evening, we reunite at 4:00 PM to board our train back to Mumbai!

Day 9: Until Next Time!

• 2:55 PM- Back to Real Life but this time back with the best of memories, extended family, laughter, experiences and cool photographs to cherish about! 
• (Stops - Surat, Valsad,Vapi, Borivali & Bandra Terminus) 
• Ending this trip on a happy note and love from Trekkers Tribe :)

NOTES

• If you are a college student, do carry your College ID Card, at a few places you can avail discount on student ID. 
• Standard check-in for hotels: 12 noon and check out by 10:00 AM. Early check- in subject to availability. 
• At some sight seeing destinations, buses are allowed only till parking area and participants have to walk till the monument or can hire the local transport on their own. 
• Cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strikes, bandh, riots, train cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquake will be directly bourne by the participants.
• We haven’t included Lunch since most of the time we will be out exploring the places at Lunch time, but you will have plenty of options to explore local cuisines in Local eateries, dhabbas, cafes, etc. One can expect a budget of around Rs 100-150/- per meal.Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents. 
• Guest would be responsible for their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip. 
• Schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager acoording to the circumstances and convenience. 
• Train ticket bookings usually start 4 months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. Ig you book the tour late, please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal) 
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event or lockdown, nominal cancellation fees of 10% will be charged and participants will get the credit note of remaining amount paid which can be used by them anytime in near future.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The Initial Registration amount is 50% refundable only if cancelled 45 days before the trip. 
• Out of the second and final installment paid, cancellation fees will be: 
• 25% if cancelled before 10 days of the trip. 
• 50% if cancelled before 08 days of the trip. 
• 70% if cancelled before 06 days of the trip. 
• 90% if cancelled before 03 days of the trip. 
• 100% if cancelled before 02 days of the trip.
