Royal Rajasthan (Jaisalmer to Udaipur - No Train)

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Mumbai to Jaisalmer (Train Journey)

• 12:15 PM: Meet and greet your fellow travellers and your Trip Captain(s) at Bandra Terminus. (Train No. 22931)
• Train also halts at Borivali, Vapi, Valsad, Surat, Vadodara & Ahmedabad.
• Proceed your fun filled train journey towards Jaisalmer, well because what is a train journey without cards, mafia and otherfun games?! :p

Day 2: Jaisalmer Sam Desert

• 09:30 AM- Arrival at Jaisalmer Railway Station & proceed towards Sam Desert.
• Reach Sam Desert, check-in to the cozy swiss camps.
• In Evening enjoy Camel Safari during Sunset and Rajasthani Cultural show, Camp fire, etc O/n Sam.

Day 3: Jaisalmer Sightseeing - O/N Drive to Jaipur

• After breakfast, checkout from the campstay and proceed towards the Golden City sightseeing.
• Which includes Jaisalmer Fort, Patwon ki Haweli, Moti Mahal & Gadisar Lake.
• Later after dinner, leave for an overnight journey to Jaipur.

Day 4: Reach Jaipur - Sightseeing

• Reach Jaipur! After breakfast, leave for Pink City Sightseeing.
• Explore the huge structures - Hawa Mahal & the Jantar Mantar.
• Now visit City Palace of Jaipur one of the most popular and historic tourist spot.
• Evening free to explore the Market for souvenirs. O/N Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur to Pushkar

• After breakfast and check out, we visit the beautiful attraction of Jaipur - Amer Fort- The 3rd Largest Wall in the World.
• Now we set out for a journey to Pushkar on the way visit Jal Mahal from outside.
• Reach Pushkar and day at leisure. O/N Pushkar.

Day 6: Pushkar Sightseeing and Drive to Udaipur

• After breakfast, leave for sightseeing which includes Pushkar Lake. Surrounded by 52 bathing ghats (a flight of steps leading to the water) and over 500 temples.
• We then visit Brahma Temple - One of very few existing temples dedicated to the Hindu creator- God Brahma.
• Then we leave for Udaipur. Reach Udaipur late evening. O/N Udaipur.

Day 7: Udaipur Sightseeing & New Year

• Good morning Udaipur, we have our breakfast and then...
• Today, we step out to visit the City Palace of Udaipur, Fateh Sagar Lake and Lake Pichola.
• You can now visit Udaipur Market- Hathi Pol/Bapu Bazaar for some souveniers.
• Dress up for the DJ Night. That's how we welcome 2027 with a bang! O/N Udaipur.

Day 8: Udaipur Sightseeing - Departure

• No wake up calls today!
• Wake up according to your comfort have breakfast and we check out from our hotel.
• You are free to Explore the city / cafes by your own.
• By evening, we reunite at 7:00 PM to board our train back to Mumbai (Train No. 22902)

Day 9: Until Next Time!

• 12:30pm - Back to Real Life but this time back with the best of memories, extended family, laughter, experiences and cool photographs to cherish about!
• (Stops - Borivali & Bandra Terminus)

NOTES:

• We haven’t included Lunch since most of the time we will be out exploring the places at Lunch time, but you will have plenty of options to explore local cuisines in Local eateries, dhabbas, cafes, etc. One can expect a budget of around Rs 150-250/- per meal.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
• Guest would be responsible for their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip.
• Schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager acoording to the circumstances and convenience.
• Train ticket bookings usually start 2 months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. If you book the tour late, please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal).
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event or lockdown, nominal cancellation fees of 10% will be charged and participants will get the credit note of remaining amount paid which can be used by them anytime in near future.
• If you are a college student, do carry your College ID Card.
• Standard check-in for hotels: 12 noon and check out by 10:00 AM. Early check- in subject to availability.
• At some sightseeing destinations, buses are allowed only till parking area and participants have to walk till the monument.
• Cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strikes, bandh, riots, train cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquake will be directly bourne by the participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Non-Refundable Amount:

• The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy:

• Before 7 days of the trip: If canceled before making the full payment, only the non-refundable amount will be retained.
• Between 7 to 5 days before the trip: If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
• Within 5 days of the trip:No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.

No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations:

• If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be possible.

Transfer of Booking:

• The participant may transfer theiri booking to another person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.

Trip Cancellation by Us:

• If the trip is cancelled by our team due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered: a full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.
