DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 1: Departure from Mumbai

• Meet and greet your fellow travellers and trip captain in Mumbai (Train details and Station to be shared later)
• Proceed for the train journey towards Delhi. Spend your day playing fun games and ice breaking session.

Day 2: Arrival at Delhi & Drive towards Mussoorie (7 hrs, 290 Kms)

• Arrive in New Delhi and proceed your journey towards Mussoorie- "Queen of Hills, " famous for its stunning Himalayan views, pleasant climate & colonial charm.
• Check in to the Hotel and rest. Visit Mall road for shopping.
• Overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Meals: Dinner

Day 3: Explore Mussoorie

• After breakfast, head out to explore Mussoorie’s highlights visit Dalai Hills, filled with Buddhist prayer flags and panoramic viewpoints.
• Continue to Landour, a charming hill town known for its colonial- era charm, quiet lanes, and beautiful mountain views.
• Enjoy a peaceful walk along Camel’s Back Road and soak in panoramic views of this paradise.
• Return to your hotel and overnight stay in Mussoorie.

Day 4: Mussoorie to Kanatal (1.5-2 hrs, 45 Kms)

• After breakfast, begin your scenic journey from Mussoorie to Kanatal.
• Check in at the hotel and then we head for the Surkunda Devi Temple.
• Dinner and overnight stay in Kanatal.

Day 5: Kanatal to Rishikesh via Haridwar

• After breakfast, check out from Kanatal and begin your journey towards Rishikesh.
• Visit Haridwar and witness the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. After the aarti, continue your journey to Rishikesh and check in at the hotel.
• The rest of the evening is at leisure, allowing you to relax or explore Rishikesh independently.
• Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 6: Rishikesh Sightseeing

• Post breakfast, get ready for sightseeing, including the popular attractions of Rishikesh such as River rafting, Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula & explore cafes by the Ganga and shopping.
• Overnight in Rishikesh.

Day 7: Rishikesh Leisure Day

• Enjoy a relaxed morning and spend the day at leisure in Rishikesh. Explore Rishikesh at your own pace, visit cafés, ghats, temples, or stroll around the vibrant streets.
• Adventure enthusiasts can opt for bungee jumping as an optional activity.
• Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 8: Rishikesh to Delhi | departure (5 hrs, 250 Kms)

• After breakfast, we bid goodbye to this beautiful place and drive towards Delhi.
• Reach Delhi and its time for the goodbye hugs and ending this trip on a happy note with memories of a lifetime!

Day 9: Reach Mumbai | Goodbye

• Reach Mumbai after spending a day of exchanging photos and trip memories and promising of future trips soon!

EXCLUSIONS:

• Bungee Jumping, River Rafting & other activities apart from those mentioned in the itinerary.
• Meals apart from those mentioned in itinerary.
• Vehicle charges where company's vehicle is not available are not included in the tour cost.
• Any personal expenses, extra food, drinks ordered, tips, laundry, shopping, etc
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions above.

Cancellation Policy:

• Non-Refundable Amount: The initial booking amount is non-refundable under any
  circumstances.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Before 7 days of the trip: If canceled before making the full payment, only the non- refundable amount will be retained.
• Between 7 to 5 days before the trip: If canceled after paying the full amount, 50% of the balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be refunded.
• Within 5 days of the trip: No refund will be provided if canceled within 5 days of the trip start date.
• No Show / Last-Minute Cancellations: If the participant fails to show up or cancels within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be possible.
• Transfer of Booking: The participant may transfer their booking to another person at no extra cost, provided this is done at least 5 days before the trip.
• Trip Cancellation by Us: If the trip is canceled by our team due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational reasons, the participant will be offered A full refund (except for any non-refundable costs already incurred) OR credit for a future trip, which can be used within a specific period.

NOTES:

• Standard check-in for hotels: 1 noon and check out by 10:00 AM.
• Early check- in subject to availability.
• At some sight seeing destinations, buses are allowed only till parking area and participants have to walk till the monument or can hire the local transport on their own.
• For Lunch, we will try out local cafes/ eateries to experience tasty local cuisines. Budget- 200-250 per meal.
• The schedule can be changed on the spot by the tour manager according to the circumstances & convenience.
• Cost arising out of any event beyond our control like strikes, bandh, riots, train cancellation, flight cancellation, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquake will be directly borne by the participants.
• Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible in case any sightseeing/ activity gets cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
• Guest would be responsible for their luggage/ baggage throughout the trip.
• Train ticket bookings usually start 2 months before the departure dates, so there are chances the tickets will be RAC/ Waiting. If you book the tour late, please check the ticket status with us at the time of booking, you might have to pay a bit extra to get a confirm seat (Tatkal)
• If at all the trip gets cancelled due to any event or lockdown, nominal cancellation fees of 10% will be charged and participants will get the credit note of remaining amount paid which can be used by them anytime in near future.
