  • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager according to circumstances and convenience
  • Participants should be prepared for delayed lunch halts depending on road, weather, and travel conditions
  • Any cost from events beyond control (strike, bandh, riots, flight cancellations, mechanical breakdown, natural calamities like heavy rainfall, landslides, snowfall, earthquake) will be borne directly by guests
  • Trekkers Tribe won't be responsible if sightseeing/activities are cancelled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents
  • Access to high-altitude regions of Spiti Valley (especially Hikkim, Kibber, etc.) may be blocked during winter due to excessive snowfall — visits are weather-dependent, with best alternatives arranged as feasible
  • Winter Spiti Expedition is an experience in itself — due to sub-zero temperatures, in-room washrooms are non-operational; access will be to 2–3 common washrooms shared among the whole group
  • Avoid carrying suitcases or heavy luggage — a backpack is more convenient. Limit baggage to 1 main luggage bag and 1 small daypack

  • Train ticket bookings usually open 2 months before departure — late bookings risk RAC/Waiting status; ticket status should be checked at the time of booking, and a bit extra may be needed for confirmed seats depending on availability
